  • July 26 2023, Sallie Mae acquired, Scholly.com (and other assets). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • April 13, 2023: Keystone Education Group acquired Studddy, a market leader serving German and Austrian markets with over 30 college search portals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • April 13, 2023: Times Higher Education acquired C-Change Media which operates the Poets & Quants website portfolio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

2022

  • September 13, 2022: Citizens Financial Group, Inc. acquired College Raptor, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • January 26, 2022: Sallie Mae entered into a definitive agreement with Epic Research LLC to acquire NitroCollege.com. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed as the purchase price was not material to Sallie Mae.

2021

  • December 29, 2021: John Wiley & Sons, Inc. completed the acquisition of XYZ Media, Inc. for $45.4 million which included $38 million of cash, and approximately 129,000 shares of Wiley Class A common stock, or approximately $7.4 million.

  • October 7, 2021: Renovus Capital Partners acquired Education Dynamics, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

2020

  • November 30, 2020: Education Dynamics, LLC acquired Classes USA. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • September 9, 2020: EAB acquired Cappex.com. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • September 2, 2020: QuinStreet announced the divestiture of their education media vertical to Education Dynamics LLC for $20 million in cash.
